Ever increasing rates of information exchange and globalization of economy resulted in the growth of demand towards innovation in business and management. To successfully compete, organizations may not rely on technical innovations only. Key role is also played by development of new business models, finding non-ordinary innovative solutions to business and management problems and conflicts, offering new business products and services, disruptive reduction of processes and products costs, introduction of novel approaches to managing people and organizations. Speed of solving challenges and implementing results becomes critical for survival and future progress. No doubt such situation attracted attention towards studying possibilities of using TRIZ and Systematic Innovation for the tasks related to business and management. However, blind copying and transfer of TRIZ tools developed for engineering areas did not meet high expectations of business owners and stakeholders. A careful exploration and adaptation of ideas and methods of TRIZ and Systematic Innovation for the use within the areas of business and management is required. All those who are interested in learning and sharing experiences with the use of TRIZ and Systematic Innovation for business and management (we call it "Business TRIZ") are invited to participate in the event "Business TRIZ: State of the Art and Future Progress". The event will be conducted as a part of a general conference "TRIZ Summit 2019" which will be held on June 13-15, 2019 in Minsk, Belarus. GOALS OF THE EVENT
AUDIENCE Every professional who is interested in learning about the current state of the art and future of Business TRIZ: from students to users and developers. EVENT CHAIRS
PROGRAM The event will last two days and consist of paper presentations and roundtables. Paper presentations will be based on 20-minute podium slots for each speaker. The roundtable discussions will focus on understanding where Business TRIZ currently stands and discussing key aspects of further cooperation on the development and promoting Business TRIZ. The following topics have been suggested for the roundtables:
LANGUAGE The event will be conducted in Russian and English languages with parallel translation. Presentation materials will be available in both languages. LOCATION EPAM head offices building, Minsk, Belarus. Minsk is a city where the first ever project to promote and distribute TRIZ across the world was successfully launched. Foreigners from over over 80 countries can visit and stay 30 days visa-free in Belarus provided they enter and exit Belarus through Minsk international airport. For the participants from countries who need visa, the invitation letter will be organized by request. FEES
Participants of the Business TRIZ conference will have full access to all events of "TRIZ Summit 2019" without additional charge (however, please note that most of other activities of the TRIZ Developers Summit will be performed in Russian only).
